Contact form

When you write to us using the contact form, we receive your first name, last name, phone number, email address, the salon concerned and your message. This information is used only to reply to you (legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry) and is kept for as long as needed to deal with it, and no longer than three years.

Loyalty programme

If you join our loyalty programme, we record your first name, last name, and — depending on what you choose to share — your phone number, email address and date of birth, along with your usual salon, the number of stamps on your card and a record of your visits.

This data is used to manage your card, recognise you in the salon and let you enjoy the benefits of the programme. The legal basis is your consent, given when you sign up and recorded with its date. If you also agreed separately, we may send you our offers by text message or email; you can opt out at any time without losing your card.

Your data is kept for as long as you take part in the programme, then for three years after your last visit. It is never sold, rented out or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It is hosted by IONOS, within Europe.

If you add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, your first name, last name, card code and number of stamps are sent to Apple or Google so the card can be shown on your phone. Adding the card is optional and entirely your choice.

Analytics and cookies

This website has no audience measurement tools, no advertising cookies and no social network buttons that track your browsing. A technical cookie is used only in the area reserved for our team, to keep their session open. Like any host, ours keeps technical connection logs to keep the site secure.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at kim@kim-nails.fr or simply ask in the salon. You may also file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

The French version of this notice is the legally binding one.
